4. Server-Based Business Data Synchronization
BizHawkPro uses a server-based synchronization system to allow authorized users and devices belonging to the same business to access synchronized business information.
When an authorized user creates or updates an invoice or other supported business record, relevant information may be transmitted securely to BizHawkPro's server infrastructure and subsequently synchronized to other authorized devices.
Business data may therefore be stored on BizHawkPro's server infrastructure for synchronization and business functionality.
Access is controlled using business membership, user accounts, roles, permissions, and registered devices. A business owner or authorized administrator may grant or restrict access according to the application's functionality.
5. Staff and User Permissions
BizHawkPro provides role-based access controls to help businesses manage multiple users. Depending on the business configuration, an administrator or owner may assign different permissions to staff members.
These permissions may control access to invoices, customers, products, payments, reports, inventory, business settings, and other business functions.
Users should only access business information for which they have been authorized. Business owners and administrators are responsible for managing authorized users and their permissions.
6. Local Data Storage
BizHawkPro may store certain information locally on the user's device to provide offline functionality, improve application performance, and maintain a local copy of synchronized business information.
Local information may include business records, invoices, products, customers, payment records, synchronization information, and application settings.
Uninstalling the application, clearing application data, resetting the device, or losing the device may result in loss of locally stored information that has not been successfully synchronized or backed up.
7. Third-Party Services
BizHawkPro may use services provided by Google and other technology providers, including:
- Firebase Authentication: account authentication and sign-in.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging: notifications for synchronization and application events.
- Google Sign-In: authentication where available.
- Google Play Services: required Android functionality.
- Firebase Analytics: if enabled in a particular version, for technical and usage information according to its configuration and applicable Google policies.
Third-party services may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
8. Notifications
BizHawkPro may use push notifications to inform authorized devices about events such as business data synchronization. Users may control notification permissions through Android device settings.
9. Camera and Images
BizHawkPro may request camera access when a user chooses to capture an image, such as a company logo or other business-related image. Camera access is not intended to operate in the background.
Images captured by the user may be stored locally or transmitted to BizHawkPro's services when necessary for a feature explicitly used by the user.
10. Storage, Export and Files
BizHawkPro may generate or export invoices, PDF documents, CSV files, reports, backups, and other business documents. Files may be stored on the user's device or shared through Android's sharing functionality. The user is responsible for exported files after they leave the application.
11. Data Security
BizHawkPro uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect account and business information. These may include user authentication, business-level authorization, role-based permissions, registered device identification, secure HTTPS communication, server-side access controls, database access controls, and authentication/authorization checks.
No electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their devices, passwords, authentication methods, and authorized business users.
12. Data Sharing
BizHawkPro does not sell users' personal information or business records.
Business information may be processed by technology and infrastructure providers when necessary to operate BizHawkPro, including authentication, notification, hosting, database, security, and application infrastructure providers.
Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law, legal process, or a valid governmental request.
13. Financial and Business Information
BizHawkPro may process invoice amounts, tax amounts, payment amounts, outstanding balances, customer and supplier information, GST information, product prices, and sales and purchase records to provide requested business-management functionality.
BizHawkPro is a software platform and does not independently provide professional tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice unless explicitly stated otherwise.
14. Account and Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of their BizHawkPro account and associated account information.
Account Deletion Request:

After receiving and verifying a deletion request, we will process deletion of applicable account information from our systems within a reasonable period.
Certain information may need to be retained where required by applicable law, regulatory requirements, legitimate security purposes, dispute resolution, or other lawful obligations.
Deleting an individual user's account does not necessarily mean that business records belonging to the business will automatically be deleted. For a multi-user business, deletion of an individual user's account may remove that user's access while the business's records remain available to the business and its authorized users.
15. Children's Privacy
BizHawkPro is intended for business and professional use and is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.
16. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide BizHawkPro services, maintain synchronization, protect the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce applicable agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and purpose.
17. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in BizHawkPro, our services, technology, or applicable legal requirements. Updates will be published on this page and the Last Updated date will be changed.
